On 11th August 2010, Peter Barnes gave a seminar on "An Introduction to Dispute Resolution" at The Chequers Pub in Ugley, Essex. The seminar covered most of the main dispute resolution techniques including Negotiation, Mediation, Adjudication, Arbitration, Litigation, and the Role of the Expert Witness.
